In this two-hour online workshop, Ann Baret facilitates an interactive and practical learning experience to support you to get your culture game plan in place. The workshop is limited to 20 participants to ensure that an engaging and meaningful experience is shared by all.

In this session, Ann covers the following: (1) transforming organisations: why they fail;  (2) understanding the power of culture; (3) focusing on the three key elements of culture; (4) analysing where culture is broken and not adding maximum value; and (5) the eight stage process to creating culture.
